Each Official Seal is a woven round patch measures 3 ½ x 3 ½ inches in diameter and features a Pellon backing, standard threads, and merrowed edges. Unlike traditional embroidered patches, woven patches are created using a unique process, resulting in a thinner and more flexible product. This thinness ensures that woven patches retain their integrity without compromising the quality of the design.
